The meat

Made in-house using our own brisket trim, with a proper hit of pork, jalapeño and melted cheese for that classic Texas kick and snap.

The method

Stuffed by Lee Hughes and smoked on our offsets over real hardwoods for four hours, until the colour and snap are just right. No bought-in pretenders.

Delivery & collection

Perishable orders under 5kg are £9.95; orders over 5kg and up to 20kg are £16.95. Mainland delivery includes most of Scotland but excludes the Highlands. Collection from Henry’s is free by arrangement with at least 24 hours’ notice.
