When you contact Henry’s Smokehouse, we use the details you choose to provide to answer your enquiry and discuss your visit, event or order. Only include information needed for your enquiry.
Contact and catering enquiries
Our email tools prepare a message for you to review and send in your email app. Preparing a message does not send it to Henry’s. Once sent, your message and contact details are handled by the team to respond to you.
Newsletters
Newsletter subscriptions are handled through Mailchimp. We use your submitted details to send Henry’s news and offers. You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails.
Table bookings & takeaway
Table bookings are handled by ResDiary, and takeaway orders are placed through Deliveroo. These services process information under their own privacy notices. The embedded booking service loads only when you choose to check availability.
Cookies, browser storage & external services
The basket uses local storage on your device to remember product choices and quantities between visits. Clearing your browser’s site data removes that saved basket. The website loads icons from Font Awesome. Links and embedded third-party services may have their own cookies and storage practices.
Looking after your information
Henry’s takes appropriate measures to safeguard information against unauthorised access or improper use. We use the information you provide for the purpose of your enquiry, order, booking or subscription, including the services needed to handle it.
Questions and corrections
Contact us if you would like to ask about information Henry’s holds about you, correct inaccurate details, or stop receiving information from us.
